International Womens Day Event
You are invited to attend our Sport, Activity and Wellbeing Day for women and girls of all ages on Saturday 9th March. This is a celebration for International Women Day and will be a FREE to attend event.
Sport, activity, wellbeing, and information day for women of all ages to take part in.
- Free for all to attend.
- Try one activity or all (timetable will be sent out prior to the day).
- Come and try various activities including, Zumba, self-defence, Dance, Pilates, Yoga,
- Box fit, Badminton, Football and Cricket (Activities may be subject to change on the day)
- All instructors and coaches are female.
