Stay Warm in Newham
Our warm bank runs three days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11:00am- 1:00pm at The Renewal Programme, 395 High Street North E12 6PG.
Warm Havens
Until 30 March 2025, all our libraries have extended opening hours to become Warm Havens, providing safe, non-judgemental, warm spaces during the cold winter months.

Their friendly knowledgeable team are on hand to deal with any queries in confidence from 9am-5pm Monday- Friday
Shine London
SHINE is run by Islington Council and available to any London household struggling to heat their home. The council will use the information you provide for the purpose of giving free energy advice and, where relevant, making referrals into suitable services.

Energy Advice London are helping Londoners through the cost-of-living crisis with free advice on saving energy and water, reducing energy bills, accessing financial support, installing renewables and more. FREE LOFT INSULATION
Free loft insulation available through the Connected for Warmth scheme, all properties in council tax band A-D are eligible to apply.
