Pathways
The pathways were co-produced by Newham-wide partners and originally developed to support professionals working in contingency hotels for refugees and asylum seekers.
They are now used wider than this and are proving helpful for partners in terms of clarifying roles and responsibilities, the journey of a service user and the interdependencies between different partners.
